What causes the Reconnecting icon to appear?
The icon above will appear when our servers try to contact your device, but receive no response. This can happen if:

Your device has lost connection. If your internet connection drops for 2 or more seconds, your device will lose connection to our servers.

You have left the Bowling Crew app. Leaving the Bowling Crew app or switching apps at any point during your match will cause you to lose connection.
What can I do to prevent connection errors?
Please check the general troubleshooting tips to help improve your experience:
- Make sure that you don't leave, close or switch apps at any point during your Bowling Crew match.
- Make sure you're connected to a network and that your connection is stable. Keep in mind that sometimes networks get overloaded or malfunction, meaning that the connection may not be stable, regardless of what the indicator says. It's especially noticeable when you're playing on-the-go.
- If you're using mobile internet, try switching to Wi-Fi. We recommend using Wi-Fi or 3G/4G since they offer a better connection.
Internet connection speed should not be confused with stability. Even if your connection is fast, it doesn't mean it's stable.
