Start by checking your internet connection, as it has to be stable for newly purchased items to be added to the game. If the connection was lost during or immediately after the purchase, try restarting the Bowling Crew app and check to see if the purchase shows up.
We are unable to offer support for purchases made on iOS devices, as all purchases made on this platform are handled directly by Apple.
