For a Shirt to give you bonuses, you need to have its affected balls in your Deck, and it needs to be charged. The charge is represented by a battery icon. You can check your active Shirt's charge on the Gear tab of the Arsenal. You can also tap any Shirt in your Arsenal to view its information.
How it works
Playing matches with an equipped Shirt and its affected balls will deplete the Shirt's charge. Before you start a match, you can check how many charge points will be used for that game: look for a battery icon, the number next to it shows how much energy your Shirt will lose.
The energy is depleted when you play:
- Regular matches
- Tournament matches
- Skill Shot (energy is depleted per try)
- Matches with your friends
- Special events (energy is depleted per throw)
The only exception is Lucky Shot: Shirts can't give bonuses in Lucky Shot, and they don't lose charge in that game mode either.
Recharging
Once a Shirt runs out of energy, it can no longer give you its bonuses, so you will need to recharge it. The only free way to recharge a standard Shirt is to wait: these shirts take 24 hours to fully recharge. Premium Shirts don't have free recharges. If you want to skip the waiting, you can pay chips for a full charge.
To manually recharge your equipped Shirt, go to the Gear tab, then tap Charge. The price of a recharge for that Shirt will be on the button. If you want to recharge a Shirt that's unequipped, go to the Shirts tab of the Arsenal, tap that Shirt, then hit Charge.
Autocharge
You can enable Autocharge for each shirt separately. This means that once a Shirt runs out of energy, its battery will automatically refill, and you will pay chips for this recharge.
To enable or disable Autocharge, go to your Shirt's Info, then tap the Autocharge checkbox.
