Start by checking your internet connection, as it has to be stable for newly purchased items to be added to the game. If the connection was lost during or immediately after the purchase, try restarting the Bowling Crew app and check to see if the purchase shows up.
If you have still not received your items after 1–3 hours, please provide the Google order number.
The order number will be in the format GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345.
